250 cyclists to feature in 2nd ECOWAS Int'l Cycling Tour
More than 250 cyclists from the ECOWAS member countries will take part in the Second ECOWAS International Cycling Tour which will be flagged off on February 15.
According to a statement by ECOWAS on Monday in Abuja, the five-day tour will end on February 19.
